Camino de Líderes is the original leadership program of the Camino de Santiago, recognized by local institutions with their sponsorship the year of its launch in 2013.
We create an ideal synergy between the Camino de Santiago as a journey of human development par excellence throughout the centuries, peoples and cultures, with an exclusive program for people in leadership positions.
Through a well thought-out approach and specifically and carefully designed dynamics, we offer something unique to people who already have experience, taking them where they have not yet reached.
It is unique in the world and cannot be compared to any other program. We demonstrate its reliability through the success of each and every edition since 2013, and starting in 2024, with the first Leaders Path USA.

A self-taught individual, she creates, develops, and delivers her own executive development programs with her own methodology, with nearly 1,000
executives from all sectors participating in the last decade, achieving an average rating of 9/10.
She has been the creator and Co-Director of the Expert Program in Coaching at the University of Santiago de Compostela.
